Our janitorial services are focused on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both commercial buildings, residential buildings (ex; individual homes or apartments) and parking structures. Miyana's janitorial services are fully customizable according to our clients specific needs, this includes frequency, number of workers needed, etc.

Our Services Offer:

GENERAL CLEANING

This includes dusting & disinfecting furniture/surfaces, thorough vacuuming, mopping ,cleaning of tile & grout, deep cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms/ kitchens (when applicable) and high traffic areas. Additionally all indoor windows will be cleaned, as well any doors, vents and visible pipes.

Our goal is to give our clients a sense of eases in regard to maintaining a clean home/work environment.

EXTERIOR CLEANING

This includes cleaning of all exterior windows under 8ft and skylights. Miyana can also provide deep cleaning of patio area's & furniture, as well as pressure washing of any cement, tile, brick floors and walls.

For Commercial areas, we offer power wash cleanings for parking structures of any scale. This is perfect for small businesses and larger malls alike For Residential areas we offer basic landscaping and lawn clean up such as mowing grass, cleaning up lawn edges etc.

SPECIALIZED SERVICES

This includes Carpet cleaning services for both residential and commercial buildings, which is great for both floor carpeting and rugs. In addition to this other special services include large stain removal, upholstery cleaning (such as couches, chairs, etc.) and cleaning of hard to reach areas (such as walls above 8ft).
